I’ve also done some TV and RADIO SHOWS since I got back, including BBC and ITV...
I particularly enjoyed THE ALAN TITCHMARSH SHOW and was flattered by the warm
reception and kind comments by Alan himself, who is a great fan and does a mean
PARKER impersonation!
I’d also like to take this opportunity to thank all of you who have contributed to the success
of my book and include some new fans who have discovered the cult series of the sixties.
A big welcome to you all.
I hope you like the fact that you don’t have to read the book from cover to cover right away,
it’s like a box of chocolates that you can dip in and out of, picking your favourites and then
go back for more!
As the cover suggests, there is something for everyone to read, whether it be anecdotes
about MICK JAGGER, OLIVIA NEWTON JOHN, TOM JONES, TONY CURTIS or other
celebrities that I have encountered in My FAB Years, not forgetting, of course, the
MINI STARS of SUPERMARIONATION! (My chocolate box of goodies, with apologies to
FORREST GUMP for borrowing his lines from the movie).
For all new visitors to my website, who may not be familiar with the contents of
My FAB Years, I will be dipping into my chocolate box and selecting excerpts
that will give the flavour of the book (sorry about the pun!)...
